3. All applicable taxes and shipping fees are not included in this prize offering and must be paid by the winner in order to receive the prize

4. Winner has the option to upgrade to a different product of greater value and can pay the difference plus taxes and shipping if they choose

5. No new entries will be accepted after midnight on the draw date. This date is subject to change at The BioMat eStore's discretion

6. All previous draw entries will be automatically resubmitted for the new draw so there is no need to re-enter your name and email address if you have already entered previous draws and as long as you have not unsubscribed your email address.
